FAQ

Short answers to the questions we get most often.

About the watches

Are these genuine Richard Mille watches?
No. They are reproductions built to look, weigh and feel like the reference they are named after. We say so on every page and in every conversation.

Which movement is inside?
A fully skeletonised mechanical movement, hand-wound or automatic depending on the reference. Details are in the specifications on each watch page.

How accurate are they?
We regulate to within plus or minus five seconds a day before shipping.

Are the cases really carbon?
Yes. Carbon references use a layered carbon composite that is machined, not printed or painted.

About ordering

Why is there no checkout?
Because we want you to see the exact piece before paying. The order form sends us a request; we reply with photos and payment details.

How long until I get a reply?
Usually within a few hours during European and American daytime.

Can I order a reference that is not on the site?
Sometimes. Use the general order form and tell us the reference; we will say honestly whether we can build it to our standard.

About delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most destinations see the parcel in 7 to 12 days after dispatch. Full details are on the shipping and payment page.

What if customs seizes it?
We send a replacement at no charge.

Is there a warranty?
One year on the movement. Repair or replacement; you cover return shipping.
